The founder was inspired by her own challenges to find flattering swimwear, so she designed a line of apparel that enhances cleavage through a patented design. SABAL’s mission is to make every woman feel confident and comfortable at the beach.

The Beginning

SABAL Swim started selling on their website in June 2022. When we started working with them, their website had little traffic, and their ad spend was minimal, with a focus on just generating traffic. We worked with the brand to set the right KPIs and helped them grow MoM, YoY, focusing on profitability.

Our Strategy

We commenced by assisting the brand in setting and identifying the correct Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on profitability, laying the foundation for their growth. Following this, we launched ads with a focus on conversions across both Meta and Google platforms, conducting extensive tests on various keywords, audiences, and creatives to gather valuable data. Through our structured approach and rigorous testing, we pinpointed the top-performing keywords, audiences, and messaging strategies, directing our efforts toward maximizing performance. Employing a "flexible" budget approach, we dynamically allocated resources across platforms based on performance metrics, effectively maximizing their sales and return on investment (ROI). Subsequently, after refining our targeting strategies on both paid platforms, we significantly increased ad spend by 1005%, achieving an impressive Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) of 4.4. Additionally, we integrated non-paid strategies such as email flows, resulting in a remarkable increase in traffic to the brand's online store by over 100%, accompanied by a notable surge in the conversion rate by 212%.

Through the inclusion of testimonials, user-generated content (UGC) clips, and press mentions, we bolstered credibility, thereby enhancing user trust in the brand. This multifaceted approach not only captivated viewers but also cemented the brand's reputation and authenticity in the eyes of the audience.
