The Beginning
Despite being one of the top fashion jewelry brands in America, one sales channel had always been a thorn in its side: Amazon. The Brand did not actively sell on the marketplace but their products consistently were being sold by other sellers, sometimes at prices violating their MAP, which impacted their own website sales. In late 2019, Algofy supported the Brand's launch on Amazon by overseeing the daily management of their sponsored ad and DSP campaigns.
Our Strategy
We conducted an in-depth analysis of the Fashion Jewelry category on Amazon to pinpoint competitive opportunities within the segment. Utilizing Algofy's AI PPC advertising platform, we implemented advanced features such as smart bidding rules tailored to the brand's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), thereby boosting ad sales and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). Leveraging existing branded traffic on the marketplace, we strategically promoted new product launches while safeguarding sponsored placements at the forefront of branded search results. Through rigorous testing, we identified high-performing non-branded keywords like "layered necklaces" or "rose gold earrings," enhancing our ability to capture market share effectively. To elevate visibility and engagement, we launched sponsored video and display campaigns aligned with seasonal promotions such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas, enabling the brand to stand out in a fiercely competitive category. Additionally, we expanded our reach beyond Amazon by launching Amazon DSP campaigns, extending our targeting capabilities to reach desired audiences through Display and Streaming TV (OTT) formats.
